do not have a paypal account. Am I still able to place an
order with DVDMixtape.com?
Yes, in the past it was the case that paypal required
all users to register an account, but under the updated system
all you need is a valid credit/debit card to order.

am located outside of the United States, does DVDMixtape.com
ship internationally? Yes we do, however there
is an additional (+$5.00) international shipping charge
that will applied to your order after checkout as a seperate
transaction. A representaive from our staff will contact
you in regards to this, however if you decline the additional
charge your orginal order will also be refunded. Also note
that all of our DVDs are formatted in (US: Region 1) NTSC.
Player compatibility can very by region so please consult
your dvd players owners manual if you think you may have
issues with compatibility.

noticed that DVDMixtape.com is located in the Bay Area and
so am I, can I pick my order up in person? No.
Unfortunately, because we ship upwards of 100 discs every
week we do not have the personnel to accommodate these requests.

recieved my disc and although it plays fine in my home dvd
player, when I try to play it in my car it skips and/or gives
an error message?
Although we use the most universal DVD recording formats
available making incopatible discs an extremely rare occurance,
we realize that Mobile DVD players are particularly sensitive
to the way in which a disc is formatted. If you feel as though
the disc you recieved is incompatible please return it within
30 days for a refund and/or exchange encoded in a different
format.
