Yes, in the past it was the case that
paypal required all users to register an account,
but under the updated system all you need is a valid
credit/debit card to order.

Simple, when
you are ordering (2) or more DVDMixtape.com titles
simply enter the name of the title you would like
free in the "Special Instructions" portion
of our order form during check out. DO NOT
add your free title to your shopping cart or you
will be charged for it!

noticed that DVDMixtape.com is located in the Bay
Area and so am I, can I pick my order up in person?
No. Unfortunately,
because we ship upwards of 1000 discs every week
we do not have the personnel to accommodate these
requests.

much am I charged for shipping and handling per
item? DVDMixtape.com
charges a flat fee of $3.00 shipping per order.
Whether you order 1 disc or 10 the price is still
just 3 bucks, in an attempt not to punish our customers
for ordering more.

How
long should my order take to ship? Exact
shipping times vary by zip code, but generally you
should expect the DVD(s) at your shipping address
within 5-7 business days after you have placed an
order.

Why
am I unable to track my order online? In
order keep shipping costs down we only ship orders
USPS first class mail. Unfortuneatly this shipping
method does not allow for tracking of packages.

recieved my disc and although it plays fine in my
home dvd player, when I try to play it in my car
it skips and/or gives an error message? Although
we use the most universal DVD recording formats
available making incopatible discs an extremely
rare occurance, we realize that Mobile DVD players
are particularly sensitive to the way in which a
disc is formatted. If you feel as though the disc
you recieved is incompatible please return it within
30 days for a refund and/or exchange encoded in
a different format.
